Job Description
As a Workday HCM Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and integrating the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system for our clients. Your expertise in configuring and optimizing the Workday HCM modules will be essential in ensuring a seamless implementation process.
You will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, design customized solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting functional requirements, conducting system testing, and delivering training to end-users.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in HR technology and extensive experience with Workday HCM. You should be familiar with Workday’s business processes, security framework, and report writing. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve system issues.
