Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the position of Workday Security – Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall security of our organization’s Workday system. You will work closely with the IT team and various stakeholders to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data within Workday.
Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing security controls, conducting regular security assessments, managing user access and roles, and addressing any security incidents that may arise. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall security posture of our Workday environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT security, specifically with Workday systems. You must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities. Prior experience in leading security initiatives within Workday is highly preferred.
