Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Worker Compensation Quality Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all worker compensation claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
You will review claims, identify discrepancies, and investigate to ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to provide support and guidance on quality improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of worker compensation laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
