Job Description

The Workforce Administration Lead directs workforce planning and daily administrative operations to ensure accurate payroll and optimal staffing. Core responsibilities include managing scheduling, timekeeping, headcount reporting, HRIS maintenance, policy compliance, and continuous process improvement. The position requires at least five years of workforce or HR administration experience, demonstrated leadership and analytical skills, advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency, and strong written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate promotes cross-functional collaboration, closes staffing gaps, and implements scalable administrative solutions that support business objectives.
