Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Workforce Analyst, you will play a critical role in forecasting and determining workforce needs through in-depth data analysis. Your responsibilities will include generating optimized schedules, managing time-off requests, and conducting advanced schedule simulations. You will participate in staffing discussions to ensure accuracy in forecasting while actively supporting training initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant workforce experience. Familiarity with EWFM, Aspect, or IEX systems is a definite advantage.
