Job Description

We are Callnovo, seeking a Workforce Analyst for a remote position, providing stability with growth opportunities. Your focus will be on optimizing scheduling efficiency in our Call Center while ensuring operational coverage meets service level goals.

Working Shift: 9 hours per day, 5 days a week; may include US time and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead scheduling cycles and adjustments
  • Manage shift bidding and training scheduling
  • Analyze daily service levels
  • Produce supporting reports for management
  • Plan resources and forecast staffing needs

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of workforce experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Understanding of call center dynamics

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php56,00.00/month
