Job Description
A Workforce Analyst (Capacity Planner) is responsible for managing and forecasting the staffing needs of Thomson Reuters. This role involves analyzing historical and real-time data to determine the optimal number of employees required to meet customer demand and achieve organizational goals.
Key responsibilities of a Workforce Analyst (Capacity Planner) include:
- Developing and maintaining accurate workforce forecasts based on historical data, business trends, and future projections
- Monitoring and analyzing call volume, service levels, and other key performance indicators to identify potential risks and recommend staffing adjustments
- Collaborating with department managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Creating and implementing efficient scheduling and staffing plans that optimize employee productivity and meet customer service goals
- Providing regular reports and insights on workforce performance and efficiency, highlighting areas for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in capacity planning and workforce management
