Job Description
RELX, a leading global provider of information and analytics, is seeking a Workforce Analyst I to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily service levels and key metrics.
- Real-time monitoring using tools like Verint and Avaya CMS.
- Creating and updating shift schedules for optimal staffing.
- Maintaining data accuracy in workforce management software.
- Producing and submitting reports on performance metrics.
- Communicating with Operations teams for staffing adjustments.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities.
