Job Description
SUMMARY
The WFM Real Time Analyst at RealPage Philippines operates in a fast-paced environment, coordinating real-time utilization of contact center agents and communicating changes to agents and leadership.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update and communicate WFM performance reporting.
- Update agent schedules in WFM platform.
- Communicate skilling assignment changes to agents.
- Drive efficiency by communicating with agents.
- Ensure Service Level and Occupancy performance.
- Provide coverage for contact center hours.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Minimum 1 year of Real Time WFM experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Flexible schedule, occasional overtime may be requested.
- Ability to work in the office.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Experience with Genesys Purecloud, Genesys WFM, NICE IEX, ELSA.
- Contact Center Leadership experience.
- Previous experience with reporting and building templates.
