Job Description
SUMMARY
The WFM Planner/Scheduler at RealPage Philippines operates in a dynamic environment, forecasting call volume, scheduling employee sessions, and collaborating with Training and Operations teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing historical data for future forecasts
- Adjusting staff levels and scheduling activities
- Documenting staffing changes and providing reports
- Facilitating shift bids and WFM platform functions
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- 2 years of forecasting experience in a contact center
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in WFM platforms and MS Office
- Flexibility in schedule and office environment
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Experience in Genesys Purecloud, Genesys WFM, NICE IEX, ELSA
- Contact Center Leadership experience
