Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage call volume, attendance, and program schedules
- Create metrics and targets for services
- Analyze and improve delivery processes with the operations team
- Produce internal reports on a daily, biweekly, and monthly basis
- Forecast requirements based on trends and reports
- Support business decisions with accurate forecasts to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Interpret data effectively for informed decision-making
- Recommend staffing improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Assist in projects and other assigned duties
- Generate ideas for process and service enhancement
- Develop new analytics and reporting products
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s/College Degree required
- 3-5 years of Workforce Management experience in a call centre/customer service role
- 2 years in Financial Services industry
- Proficient in data analysis and report creation
- Experience in data modelling and visualization
- Numerically inclined with statistical and performance measure expertise
- Preferably worked in Australian Financial Services
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Positive attitude with keen attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
