Job Description
As a Workforce Analyst (Scheduler), you will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. This role involves analyzing data, forecasting workload, and adjusting schedules to meet business needs.
You will collaborate with managers to understand staffing requirements, monitor real-time performance metrics, and make real-time adjustments to optimize workforce utilization. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this position.
Key responsibilities include generating reports, tracking attendance, and managing scheduling software. Prior experience in workforce management or scheduling is preferred.
