Job Description
A Workforce and Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing workforce and operational processes within a company. They work closely with various departments to gather data and conduct thorough analysis in order to improve business efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities of a Workforce and Operations Analyst include:
- Collecting and analyzing data related to workforce productivity, workload, and efficiency.
- Identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to optimize operational processes.
- Creating and maintaining accurate workforce forecasting models based on historical data and future business needs.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective workforce planning and scheduling strategies.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Collaborating with HR and training teams to identify and address employee skill gaps and training needs.
