Job Description
As a Workforce Forecaster, you will be responsible for analyzing data and trends to predict staffing needs within the organization.
Your main tasks will include developing forecasting models, collaborating with department heads to understand their needs, and ensuring optimal staffing levels are maintained.
You will also be expected to monitor and report on workforce metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for efficiency.
