Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition Operations Support Analyst at Citi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to our workforce intelligence and talent acquisition operations. Your tasks will include data analysis, reporting, and supporting recruiting efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to analyze workforce trends.
- Develop and maintain reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
- Assist in streamlining talent acquisition processes and procedures.
- Provide support for recruitment activities and projects.
