The Operations team at Shopee oversees the end-to-end process, analyzing operational KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and managing tasks related to Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
- Ensure strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, and effective communication.
- Oversee WFM tasks including Forecasting, Scheduling, and Real-time monitoring.
- Collaborate with leaders to understand business needs and drive efficiency.
- Coordinate with third-party partners on headcount requirements.
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in Warehouse, E-commerce, or Logistics field preferred
- Effective collaboration and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS and Google Applications
