Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Workforce Management Officer to join our team in the Provider Programs department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the workforce planning and management activities related to our provider programs.
Your primary duties will include analyzing staffing needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, monitoring workforce performance, and optimizing workforce scheduling to ensure efficient operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive workforce efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in workforce management, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of provider programs will be advantageous.
