As a Workforce Management (Real-Time Analyst), you will be responsible for monitoring real-time contact volumes, staffing requirements, and performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency in the workforce.
Your primary tasks will include tracking service levels, adjusting staffing levels as needed, and providing immediate solutions to ensure smooth operation and timely response to customer needs.
You will collaborate closely with the operations team and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance and maintain high service standards.
