Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Workforce Management (Real Time Analyst). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient staffing and scheduling to meet the demands of our operations.

As a Real Time Analyst, your main responsibility will be to monitor and analyze real-time call center performance metrics. You will make real-time adjustments to optimize staffing levels, address call volume fluctuations, and ensure service level goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor real-time call center metrics and analyze trends
  • Adjust staffing levels to meet service level goals
  • Coordinate with supervisors to schedule breaks and lunches
  • Work closely with the Workforce Management team to create and implement effective strategies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in workforce management or call center operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in using workforce management software
