Job Description
As a Workforce Management – Real Time Analyst / Scheduler / Planner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the workforce schedule in real-time to ensure efficient operations.
Your primary duties will include monitoring call volumes, forecasting staffing requirements, adjusting schedules as needed, and analyzing data to improve workforce productivity.
You will work closely with team leaders and managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet service level targets.
