Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WFM Real Time Analyst/Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective workforce management operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor real-time adherence of agents to schedules and make necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze call trends, volume patterns, and staffing requirements to optimize schedule efficiency.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to management on workforce performance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to develop and implement schedule changes as per business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, exceptions, and time-off requests.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in workforce management, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with workforce management software and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
