Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WFM Real Time Analyst/Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective workforce management operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time adherence of agents to schedules and make necessary adjustments.
- Analyze call trends, volume patterns, and staffing requirements to optimize schedule efficiency.
- Generate reports and provide insights to management on workforce performance.
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop and implement schedule changes as per business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, exceptions, and time-off requests.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in workforce management, preferably in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with workforce management software and scheduling tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
