Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a Workforce Management WFM Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the workforce, ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the right time to meet operational goals.
As a WFM Supervisor, you will be responsible for forecasting and scheduling activities, monitoring real-time adherence, and analyzing data to identify areas of improvement. You will work closely with the WFM team to develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of workforce management principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.
