Job Description
As a Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the human resources of our organization. Your primary duty will be to ensure that we have the right number of staff with the necessary skills at all times to meet operational goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
In this role, you will analyze historical data and forecast future workforce needs to determine staffing requirements. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies, including identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for workforce scheduling, ensuring that shifts are adequately staffed and managing employee time off requests. Monitoring and optimizing workforce performance will also be part of your responsibilities, including evaluating individual and team productivity, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing training programs.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational and analytical skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in workforce management software and a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations are also preferable.
