Job Description
- Manages all aspects of Contact Center efficiency and resource utilization. Creates plans to meet Service Level expectations while maximizing resources.
- Forecasts contact volumes, productivity, and staffing requirements. Analyzes performance data and generates schedules to meet business goals.
- Conducts data analysis to meet center’s targets. Implements projects to improve productivity and customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences, Math, Economics, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year of Call Center experience.
