Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Workforce Performance Analyst is responsible for closely monitoring real-time call volumes and staffing. The analyst will ensure that actual data aligns with forecasted call volumes and staffing needs.
This role involves extracting and delivering accurate reports from various operational tools. Proficiency in Excel, Access, Sheets, and Forms is essential, alongside a deep understanding of call center operations and associated technologies.
