Job Description
Are you a skilled analyst with a passion for strategic planning? We are seeking a highly motivated Workforce Planning Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting staffing needs to ensure efficient resource allocation throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns in staffing needs
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models and tools
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing requirements
- Forecast future staffing needs based on business growth projections
- Recommend strategies for hiring, training, and retaining talent
- Monitor and report on workforce metrics and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
- Proven experience in workforce planning or related analytics role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and using statistical software
