Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Workforce Planning Supervising Associate 1. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing workforce planning activities and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources within our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to meet business objectives
- Analyzing existing workforce data and forecasting future workforce needs
- Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing requirements
- Creating and managing staffing models and plans
- Monitoring and reporting on workforce performance metrics
We are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in workforce planning or a similar role.
