Job Description
As a Workforce Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting staffing levels in real time to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer service delivery.
Your primary tasks will include tracking call volume patterns, making real-time adjustments to schedules, and communicating with team members to address any staffing gaps or issues that may arise.
