Job Description
As a Workforce Real-Time Analyst (RTA), you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time workload and call queues in a contact center environment.
You will work closely with the operations team to ensure optimal staffing levels and adjust in real-time to meet service level objectives.
Key responsibilities include tracking agent adherence to schedule, making intra-day adjustments to staffing levels, and providing real-time insights to drive operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
