Job Description
Qualifications:
- Educational background: High School or higher
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Understanding of call center metrics
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent English communication skills
Job Description:
- Experience in forecasting and scheduling calls/chats/emails
- Knowledge of RTM and call center metrics
- Mobilizing staff to meet SLAs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
Working Conditions: Normal office environment, shift work, including nights and holidays.
Pay: From Php 35,00 per month, includes benefits.
