Alorica is seeking a dedicated Workforce Real-Time Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will analyze various data sources, including historical and real-time information, to generate actionable insights that improve our production team’s daily objectives. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring inbound service level targets, ensuring employee adherence, and providing ad hoc reporting. You will also assist with skill assignments to maximize employee effectiveness. Collaboration with other Workforce Teams to offer scheduling recommendations and undertaking additional tasks as assigned by management will be vital to your success in this role.
