Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of roster data.
- Process access requests using the SRT tool.
- Manage rolls in and off requests through the HB App.
- Generate and distribute headcount reports.
- Conduct audits and validate operational requests.
- Collaborate with the PMO team for calibration purposes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in RTA or other WFM functions.
- Open to college undergraduates with relevant experience.
