Job Description
Accenture is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Services Manager to join our team. As an industry leader in workforce management, we are looking for someone who can effectively lead our WFM and AP/QA functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the WFM AP and QA cost structure and budget
- Support the Command Center leads for sales and RFP responses, assisting with sales material, quotes, demos, and tours
- Identify opportunities to expand the WFM AP and QA service offering into additional contracts
- Ensure delivery on all contracts and SLAs
- Drive cost reduction and explore shared services model
- Industrialize BST across all contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity (BPO or non-BPO)
- Well-rounded in all WFM aspects including RTA, Forecasting, Scheduling, and Capacity Planning
- Proficient in manual and tool-based forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and financial skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
