Job Description
Accenture is looking for an experienced Workforce Services Manager to lead our Workforce Management (WFM) and Accounts Payable/Quality Assurance (AP/QA) teams. This position involves budget oversight, supporting sales strategies, enhancing service delivery, and advancing operational maturity within the teams. The candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, implementing cost-saving measures, and innovating processes to ensure exceptional service quality.
The ideal candidate will possess 8-12 years of relevant WFM experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Please note that this position requires a return to the office at Quezon Cyberpark Tower 1, with a rotating shift and rest day schedule.
