Job Description
Accenture is actively looking for an experienced Workforce Services Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This position is open to candidates who possess the legal right to live and work in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and validate insights on estimated impact
- Compile monthly and quarterly insights for tracking purposes
- Report on implementation progress and identify outstanding opportunities
- Ensure report integrity and provide timely access to data
- Adapt and implement functional changes based on evolving needs
- Assist in populating data sets for regular reporting
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Comprehensive end-to-end workforce management experience
- Open to college undergraduates
This position requires returning to the office with a rotating project shift schedule, located at Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2.
