Job Description
Fair Trade Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Workforce Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibilities include real-time monitoring and workforce management techniques to enhance resource efficiency. The ideal candidate will analyze performance trends and adjust staffing plans in coordination with Operations teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements: BPO experience is essential, along with workforce management expertise and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.
The position is full-time with a monthly pay of Php26,00. Benefits include additional leave, health insurance, and paid training.
