Responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring of CCTV across all departments
- Checking of discrepancies for all employees’ schedule adherence vs. actual productivity
- Ensures productivity and efficiency in all department by escalating issues regarding employee’s schedule adherence to their respective manager/s
- Generates report and confirms accuracy prior to sending to the Operations & HR Manager
- Supports Payroll in making sure that the employee timekeeping record is accurate
- Works with the IT Team with issues involving the tools needed – CCTV cameras, Biometrics, etc.
- Other tasks that will be assigned by the HR Supervisor
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of any Business, Tech/IT-related course or completed at least 2 years in college
- At least 1 year of solid experience in the same role is required for this position
- Must have experience in forecasting labor requirements, creating and managing staff schedules
- Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and oral
- With good analytical skills and keen to details
- With good organizational skills
- Can be trusted to perform duties in a proper and honest manner (integrity)
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and holidays
- Willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao
- Available to start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
