Job Description
Job description:
- Responsible for long-range planning and real-time performance analysis.
- Monitor queue and schedule adherence to impact SLAs.
- Prepare reports and recommendations, analyze data.
- Develop reports/systems for Service Level Agreement.
- Generate reports for clients/accounts regularly.
- Coordinate with teams on various tasks.
- Manage absences, sick leave, and staffing issues.
- Notify management of unexpected spikes in work.
- Ensure timely and accurate report submissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of Real-Time Analyst experience required.
Strong English communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and workforce management systems.
Full-time, Permanent job type.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
