Job Description
iQOR Philippines is seeking a dedicated Workforce Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Workforce Management setting within a BPO environment, along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
This full-time position requires flexibility to work evening shifts and demands of the business, as well as advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with software programming and expertise in reporting tools are advantageous.
Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and a 13th month salary. Candidates must be willing to work on site.
