Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in tactical or short term planning.
- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast future workload accurately.
- Determine the optimal forecasting method and work with management to understand forecast scope.
- Maintain staffing and forecasting files, develop reports, and analyze vendor delivery processes.
- Host weekly meetings to review vendor requirements and capacity plans.
- Create staffing simulations for upcoming projects.
Experience and Training:
- Familiarity with IEX and Genesys is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of workforce management phases.
