Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Workforce WFM Real Time Analyst to join our team. As a Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing workforce activities in real-time, ensuring optimal workforce utilization to meet service level agreements and optimize customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitor agent adherence to schedules and real-time changes in staffing requirements.
- Ensure real-time service level goals are met by making the necessary adjustments to address any deviations.
- Analyze historical data and generate real-time reports to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to implement necessary changes to improve workforce efficiency.
- Communicate with stakeholders, such as team members and managers, to provide updates on workforce performance and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in workforce management or a similar role is preferred.
