Job Description
The Workplace and Safety Lead is responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment for all employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining effective safety programs and practices.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Providing training and education to employees on workplace safety.
- Investigating and responding to workplace incidents and accidents.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
