Job Description
The Workplace Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the workplace services department. This role involves managing a team of employees and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and expenses for workplace services
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures
The ideal candidate has a strong background in facilities management and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. They should be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
