We are seeking a Workplacement Advisor to coordinate student and graduate placements with industry partners. The role involves sourcing placement opportunities, cultivating employer relationships, advising candidates on job readiness, assessing placement suitability, and monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.
- Qualifications: degree in Education or Business; strong communication, networking, and organizational skills; experience in career services or recruitment; familiarity with placement compliance and reporting.
- Responsibilities: develop and manage placement programs, conduct employer outreach, prepare placement agreements, deliver readiness workshops, and maintain accurate placement records.
