Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Xactimate software to develop precise estimates for various construction projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and related documents for cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and gather necessary information.
- Conduct site visits to understand project scope.
- Analyze bids from subcontractors for accuracy.
- Update estimates based on project changes.
- Prepare reports for management and clients.
- Assist in contract preparation and negotiation.
- Maintain cost databases and provide software training.
Requirements:
- Proven Xactimate Specialist with construction expertise.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php75,00.00 per month
Experience: Xactimate software: 1 year (Required)
