Job Description
Yoga Instructor Responsibilities:
- Conduct and lead yoga classes.
- Assess students’ practice levels.
- Assist with alignment and demonstrate techniques.
- Motivate students and connect through intelligent sequencing.
- Offer training recommendations and engage in administrative duties.
Yoga Instructor Requirements:
- 200 hours of experience and CPR/First Aid certification.
- Health & fitness education or experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Chakra System, Pranayama, and meditation.
- Business skills and ability to work flexible hours.
