Job Description
Barqtron Engineering Solutions is seeking a meticulous HR Operations Officer to assist with vital HR functions. The ideal applicant will possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll management and statutory compliance, including SESSI, EOBI, Provident Fund, and health insurance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting monthly payroll processing.
- Maintaining employee data for compliance purposes.
- Managing health insurance enrollments.
- Assisting in payroll audits.
- Responding to employee HR inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years in HR operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS.
