Job Description
Mission: To create polished documents including playbooks, proposals, and case studies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Solution Guides, API quickstarts, admin/end-user documentation, and FAQs.
- Design discovery checklists, Statement of Work (SOW) templates, and presales presentations.
- Manage changelogs and release notes effectively.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in technical writing with a strong command of visuals (Mermaid/diagrams.net) and Markdown.
- Basic understanding of APIs, structured templates, and SEO best practices for knowledge bases.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
