Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a renowned telecom company, is seeking motivated Customer Care Executives to join our team.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month with performance-based incentives.
Location: Islamabad (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process customer orders and manage payments.
- Maintain customer accounts with necessary updates and modifications.
Educational Requirement: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: At least 6 months in Customer Service (CSR).
