Job Description:

  • Oversee front desk operations, including managing calls, welcoming visitors, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist the team with daily coordination tasks and administrative support.
  • Manage documentation, filing, and internal office communication.
  • Maintain a welcoming office environment and ensure excellent client hospitality.
  • Support event planning, organize meetings, and coordinate with vendors.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in office coordination or as a receptionist.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
